Turning off (removing) a color still keeps it active.

Removing the color still keeps the white border like so:

Btw as you see I am changing the Header background to black while the content is white.

I went ahead and added

.nav li {
border-top: 0px;
}

To the Additional CSS section.

I assume that any issue I add here you can also check your various other themes to see if it is a good idea to add it there as well.
