Adding body background color to customizer

Hi

I have a customer who would like her page to have an orange background color.
From the colors section this is what I see:

I do not see a body background color. Btw the body background color needs to be seen on the frontend and in the backend.

What about also adding a header and footer background colors as well?

Adding orange to the body background and a white text looks like this:

Backend: (Here I have selected the text so it becomes visible) or else the text would not be seen in the backend.
