Is there a fix yet?

Is this the same as #628 - which was closed as fixed?

Yeah, I guess it is. Do I have the version without the patch? I tried to update the app but it said it was already up to date.

@tommxcd Version 2.7.4 should have it and was released to elementary v6.1 (see appcenter screenshot below, noting the fixes). What repository are you using?

I'm using the flatpak one.

Elementary appcenter supplies the deb package (although the source code does include a Flatpak manifest). If you run flatpak list | grep photos in a terminal it should tell which version it is. Running flatpak update should update it if an update is available. Otherwise you need to contact the maintainer of the Flatpak I guess.
