Wrong documentation for synapse and django-oauth-toolkit #17840

The current documentation (https://element-hq.github.io/synapse/latest/openid.html#django-oauth-toolkit) states that the algorithm should be HMAC256, but from what I understand, the algorithm is currently not supported - #13391
