At 2px wide, the bar missing a single pixel makes the monitor feel broken.

Can you provide more explanation of what you mean by "looks like a graphical bug"?

It looks like its slightly shaved off, which could look like a browser or screen not properly (anti)aliasing the line;

Closing as it is as per design, though timeline is likely to get redesigned at some point
