App that allows the user to do fitness and health related calculations in an easy and user-friendly way
It allows you to:
- Calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate, so you can know the minimum calories you should consume daily
- Calculate your recommended water intake, based on your weight
- Calculate your Body Mass Index
- Determine your Target Heart Rate Zones
Also, you can visualize the information through charts, so you can determine easily how many protein, carbohidrates and fats to consume each meal.
