Example: HJM 4004. The other tabs work, but https://lawfilesext.leg.wa.gov/biennium/2017-18/Htm/Bills/House%20Bills/4004.htm is a wrong link. The correct form would be: http://lawfilesext.leg.wa.gov/biennium/2017-18/Htm/Bills/House%20Joint%20Memorials/4004-BDS%20movement-Israel.htm

I think this is just a matter of using a different URL structure for all 4xxx numbers, but I'm not yet certain of that.

No, wait, I wasn't paying enough attention to the URLs. The HJM URLs include some text as well as the number, so this probably a trickier problem.
