Can we automatically connect House & Senate bills to each other?

After implementing #14, I am wondering if it's possible to expand this so that when we look up a bill we also get info about its complement in the other chamber. Unfortunately there definitely isn't a direct numerical correspondence (i.e. 10xy is not the House equivalent of 50xy and vice versa), so there isn't a quick easy way to do this.
