Long term plan for Logs+ documentation #3302

The long-term plan for Logs+ documentation is broken into two main categories: Maintain and improve and User flows.

Maintain and improve the stream, filter, and parse logs docs that I've created over the past months.

Create guides for specific use cases. The following are some guides that we can either start working on now or improve/update current guides. The list will continue to grow as we move forward.

Priority 3

Operations and Developer guides to explain overall logging concepts. I have initial outlines for these documents, but I see them as less impactful than the other strategies listed above. I think we can take a first step in improving the logs resource guide as the reference material exists throughout our docs.
