[Stack Monitoring] Breadcrumbs on cluster list and overview page are incorrect

Describe the bug:

When navigating from and to the cluster list and the cluster overview pages, the breadcrumbs are not always updated correctly:

After navigating from the cluster list to the cluster details:

After navigating from an ES node overview to the cluster list:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set up two or more clusters with one being the monitoring cluster for itself and the others.
2. Navigate to "Stack Monitoring".
3. Navigate to the overview page of one of the listed clusters by clicking on the name in the table.
4. Observe that the breadcrumb doesn't show the cluster name.
5. Navigate to the "Elasticsearch Overview" page.
6. Navigate to the cluster listing page by clicking on the "Clusters" breadcrumb segment.
7. Observe that the breadcrumb still shows the same segments as on the "Elasticsearch Overview" page.

Expected behavior:

• The breadcrumbs for the cluster list just shows "Clusters" when navigating back to the page.
• The breadcrumbs for the cluster overview contains the respective cluster name.
