Change selected fields from surrounding documents view

Describe the feature:

Add field selection UI to the surrounding documents view and make the table allow removing/reordering fields in the view.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

I've searched for documents and added "selected fields" to make reading the search results and finding the relevant document easier. I find a document and click "view surrounding documents" in order to find a related document. The selected fields from my search aren't applicable to finding the related document and I must go back to the search results, clear/change the selected fields and click "view surrounding documents" again in order to read the surrounding documents

In the current Kibana version there is an option to add columns also on Surrounding Docs page:

1. Expand a row on the Surrounding Docs page
2. In the appeared flyout find the field in question
3. Click on the "Toggle column" action next to that field.
