Kibana version: Serverless-QA-observability

Browser version: chrome latest

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from QA

Describe the bug: If user pins filters in surrounding documents and then navigates to discover, pinned filters disappears.
Happens only in serverless observability. Not in stateful.
