Standardize Sort by component

All listing pages look to be using the same component for sorting.

• Recently vs Least recently updated is awkward verbiage. Can we standardize this closer to the default datagrid sort, "Old-New, New-Old" or something like this.
• The return icon is confusing as hitting the return key does nothing, can we remove it? So the Tags popover also has this icon, but in that popover this icon is a keyboard shortcut identifier which makes more sense. We either need to make the keyboard shortcut work here or remove it.

Hi, @timductive!
I checked locally the functionality of the dropdown - and it is working for me - if I access the popover via keyboard, and selecting an option - pressing "enter" filters as it should.
Could you maybe check again if you still have it?
