Description
When user activates an element and it's state change takes time, user has to be informed about it to clearly understand that he/she did activate it.

Preconditions
Stateful Web Crawlers -> View Crawler -> Configuration page is opened.
Crawler is added.
Use Screen Reader (NVDA).

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to Store full HTML switch button while using only keyboard by pressing Tab key.
2.Press Enter.
3.Observe the page.
4.Observe screen reader.

Actual Result

• For some time switch stays as turned off, it can be pressed/clicked many times. When the switch turns on - it's not announced as on by the screen reader.

Expected Result

• Because it takes a bit longer while switch state changes, it should be unavailable for the user to activate it a lot of times until it changes the state. When the switch does turn on - it is announced by the screen reader as on.
