Description
When user is on element, announcement of element should be made for user to understand where at the moment he/she is, how to interact with the element.

Preconditions
Stateful Connectors -> Configuration page is opened.
Connectors are added.
Use Screen Reader (NVDA).

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to Convert connector button while using only keyboard by pressing Tab key.
2.Press Enter.
3.Navigate to x (close) button.
4.Press Enter.
5.Observe screen reader.

Actual Result

• Together with Convert connector button additional text is announced.

Expected Result

• a) only Convert connector button is announced
  or
  b) if additional text is needed - then full sentence should be announced ("You'll need to convert this connector if you want to customize the code using our Python framework.")
