Kibana version:

8.15.2

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create exception list, with exception with value list and export exception list
  2. remove exception and remove value list
  3. Import the exception back
  4. See the value list link and open it
  5. See the modal window is just loading, without error handling

Expected behavior:

Show the error message
