Monitor status Rules created in Serverless Observability Rules page doesn't appears in list

Created a Synthetics monitor status rule in Obs Rule page, notice that rule gets created but it disapears from list

it seems like when it's created from Rule page consumer is alerts but from within Synthetics app consumer is uptime
