[Observability Onboarding] UX enhancements for code snippets

The current design of code snippets on the observability onboarding flows could be updated to provide an enhanced visual experience. Bash syntax highlighting, in general, is not rich for the type of code snippets that exist in these flows as mentioned here, however, other places such as enterprise search support some highlighting.

For example, below is a code block for observability onboarding that uses a component from Enterprise Search:
