[Search:Indices:Pipelines page] Activating copy button causes expanded button to collapse

Description
When activating copy button, no unexpected changes to other elements should appear. In case when action invokes a change it should be clearly stated for the user beforehand.

Preconditions
Stateful Indices -> Pipelines page is opened.

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to Ingest Pipelines section.
2.Click on Ingest a document using cURL.
3.Click on Copy icon(button).
4.Observe the page.

Actual Result

• Ingest a document using cURL button gets collapsed, no tooltip(information) over the copy that it was copied.

Expected Result

• Ingest a document using cURL button does not collapse, tooltip(information) appears over the copy that it was copied.
