[Advanced settings] Hide settings from other solutions

Now that Kibana has a way to limit a space to a specific solution (and render a specific side navigation), we should hide from the advanced settings, the space settings for the solution that are not the space one.

For example, when I have a space set on "observability", it does not make sense to see the "Security solution" or "Enterprise search" advanced settings for that space.

We could work this issue along with #198701 as they are related in terms of showing/hiding sections based on the active user or space.
