Summary

The code coverage cluster and buildkite ui offers links to the static web site, but it's broken

Possible Fixes

Perhaps the dns records are no longer available?
Perhaps the static site is no longer uploaded?
Does the bucket (gs://elastic-kibana-coverage-live) still exist?

Notes

As a follow-up to this task, I plan to sort out why the static site url is no longer showing up as a hyperlink in the dashboard.

More Info

This modularize function is the "main" function for ingestion (the modularize name was more sensical when we processed more than just jest tests).
Within it, there are a number of places where perhaps things are failing.
These are the culprits that I suspect:
