[Alert details page] Improve APM landing page for services that don't exist #196518

Summary

Currently, if we group an alert based on service.name, we will see a link to that service on the alert details page as shown below:

If this service was discovered from logs, then depending on whether we have APM integration or not, we will land on one of the following views:

Without APM integraiton With APM integration

Here is what this looks like when I try to access the service from Logs Explorer:

Question

  • How can we improve user experience for services that does not exist in APM?
