Preconditions:

1. 8.16.0-SNAPSHOT Kibana cloud environment should be available.
2. No Agent should be installed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a few agent policies.
2. Navigate to Integrations>Nginx>Add integration.
3. Select multiple policies and save.
4. Now in the confirmation popup>click "Add elastic agent to your hosts".
5. Observe Add agent flyout is not opened on navigating to Integration policies tab.

Expected Result:
Add agent flyout should be opened on navigating to Integration policies tab on clicking "Add elastic agent to your hosts" while adding integration to the shared policies.
