Right panel of Contextual Flyout refreshes when expanded flyout is opened

Motivation

When navigating from right panel of the contextual flyout to the expanded view of Misconfigurations or Vulnerabilities, the right panel rerenders which seem unnecessary. Check if it is specific to our components or a problem of Expanded flyout on general

Definition of done

• right panel doesn't re-render when navigating to Explanded Flyout
