Kibana version:

main/8.16

Describe the bug:

When you have a heatmap in Lens, and attempt to configure the legend truncation options the visualization is unaffected.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Build a heatmap in Lens with the Cell value set to something that produces series with about a length of 20 characters.
  2. Set the legend width to Small.
  3. Disable the legend truncation.
  4. Notice the legend is unaffected.
  5. Enable truncation and set the value to Line limit to 2.
  6. Notice the legend labels are still shown on a single line.

Expected behavior:

Truncation options are function as they do in any other Lens visualization.
