[Stateful: Home page] Duplicate announcement of New button

Description
Element announcements should be clear an understandable and announced one time when user navigates to the element.

Preconditions
Stateful Home page (Overview) is opened.
Use Screen Reader (NVDA).

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to New button while using only keyboard by pressing Tab key.
2.Press Enter.
3.Press Tab key (X button is in focus).
4.Press Enter.
5.Observe Screen Reader announcement.

Actual Result

• New button is announced two times.

Expected Result

• New button has to be announced only one time.

Same behavior observed on

• Indices page with Default settings dialog. When pressing close or Cancel button - focus is on Default settings, correct, but Default settings button is announced two times.

Upon further investigation it was found out that duplication is only announced for elements only with screen reader NVDA (Voice over announces correctly one time). And it was checked on the websites where elements are really working (coded) correctly, also for Elastic UI elements in Figma.
In conclusion: it is related with NVDA, not with the implementation of the element. Due to this, closing this and similar issues reported as they do not need fixing.
