Description:
User cannot navigate side panel in Read Mode. Focus has not advanced to the side panel. User must first tab to an actionable item in the side panel and then use arrow keys to "read" the content, but readable content has been skipped when tabbing to the first actionable item so a blind screen reader user has missed the header and the top of the side panel.

Search - Playground side panel

Steps to Reproduce:

Create a Search project and go to the Search project homepage (ex: https://my-elasticsearch-project-eca3d1.kb.eu-west-1.aws.qa.elastic.cloud/app/elasticsearch)

In left nav, select 'Playground'
Under 'Connect to LLM', select 'Connect' to open side panel
Use arrow keys to advance through the side panel in Read Mode

WCAG or Vendor Guidance (optional)
