Description

The Obs Hosts > Kubernetes Pods view has a popover with list items that do no announce themselves properly to screen readers. This was traced to a root cause of LI tags not being direct children of the UL. Screenshot attached below.

Steps to recreate

  1. Open the Hosts Kubernetes Pods view
  2. Click on a pod to open the popover
  3. Turn on the screen reader of your choice
  4. Navigate through the list items and verify they are announced as links, not as links and list items N of 4.

Environment

  • MacOS Ventura
  • Safari latest
  • VoiceOver

Acceptance criteria

  • Focus goes back to the global navigation like it does in Stateful Observability
