Kibana version:

main (probably previous versions too)

Describe the bug:
There should be a background graphic on the Space Selector page

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login
  2. Create an additional space
  3. Logout
  4. Login
  5. Notice the background is blank

Expected behavior:

There should be a graphic in the background.
