Preconditions:

1. Upgraded 7.17.23>8.15.0-BC6 Kibana cloud environment should be available.
2. 7.17.23 agent should be installed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Upgrade 7.17.23 kibana to 8.15.0 BC6.
2. Now navigate to Fleet tab.
3. Click Upgrade agent for 7.17.23.
4. Observe duplicate 8.14.3 version is available under Upgrade agent flyout.

Expected Result:
Duplicate 8.14.3 version should not be visible under Upgrade Agent flyout on upgraded 7.17.23>8.15.0 kibana.

@kpollich I suspect this might be another bug relating to the temporary existence of the +build based independent release. Is the version selection box stripping off the build metadata?

Yes I suspect this is what's happening when we call semver.coerce on the list of versions.

@rseldner has it seems it's not blocking any feature for the end user, and it's more a "comestic" bug in 8.15, I am sure it's worth backporting it wdyt?

We have revalidated this issue on latest 8.16.0 BC2 kibana cloud environment and found it fixed now.

Observations:

• Duplicate versions aren't visible under Upgrade Agent flyout on upgraded 7.17.25>8.16.0 BC2 kibana.
