Preconditions:

1. 8.15.0-BC4 Kibana cloud environment should be available.
2. New User should be created with above defined role.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Integrations tab and install Nginx integration.
2. Navigate to Assets tab and observe error is displayed.
3. Observe no information for adding permissions is displayed.

Expected Result:
Information for adding permissions should be displayed for error under Assets tab for user Role: Fleet and Integrations: All

It seems to me that issue is not new to RBAC and the error already guide the user on what permissions are missing, in the example dashboards and ml-module. Closing for now
