[ML] Deletion of trained models not being handled

Kibana version: 8.15.0 BC1

Browser version: chrome latest

Browser OS version: OS X

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging

Describe the bug: If user starts downloading a trained model and then deletes them before it finishes download, then trained models page in Kibana still displays the model in the list - sorta an orphan and only delete action is allowed. But then delete doesn't go through because this model doesn't exist.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on add a trained model button and download one of them

2. Delete the trained model which you just downloaded 3. Kibana displays successful deletion message but the model is still displayed 4. Try to select this model and delete it - Kibana displays " Model deletion failed" message

The deleted models are still in the list even after I refresh the screen.

hi @bhavyarm , I could not reproduce it on main. Could you please verify if the issue persists?

Closing. I could not reproduce using the latest UX following the updates in #194614. Please reopen if you manage to reproduce.
