[Cases]: Document new option for selecting template when creating a case

Description

#185880 adds the ability for users to select a template when creating a case. When a user selects a template, the case's form fields are populated with the values from the template. The solution picker in the flyout changed as:

@cnasikas I'm assuming this selector only appears in stateful since the template selection can be inferred in serverless. Is that correct?

Hey, @dedemorton! This is the final PR that contains the whole feature #187138. The PR you have in the description is one of many that were merged in a feature branch. The feature will be available to stateful and serverless.

I'm assuming this selector only appears in stateful since the template selection can be inferred in serverless. Is that correct?

This selector does not appear in any solutions. For example, if you create a case from observability you will not see this selector. You will only see it if you try to attach an artifact (visualization for example) to a case from outside solutions. For example, ML or Dashboard.
