Preconditions:

1. 8.15.0-SNAPSHOT Kibana cloud environment should be available.
2. New User should be created with above defined role.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Integrations tab.
2. Observe Read only glass icon is not available.

Expected Result:
Read only glass icon should be available under Integrations tab with user role Integrations: Read.

Hi Team,

We have revalidated this issue on latest 8.15.0 SNAPSHOT and found it still reproducible after the fixes of #186861

Observations:

• Read only glass icon is not available under Integrations tab with user role Integrations: Read.
• Read only glass icon is only available under Edit integration page.
