dev-oblt obli-cil installed

Describe the bug:
I added 5000 fake hostnames, I added 10,000 docs (5000 system_cpu, 5000 system_memory)and discovery confirms they are there as does the response to my _bulk update.
Hosts reports 4939 hosts not 5000 as I would expect.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add 5000 hosts
  2. Check discovery
  3. Confirm with Hosts +

Expected behavior:
5000 hosts in the summary pane

Screenshots (if relevant):

Discover confirms the hosts I added 10,000 docs (5000 system_cpu, 5000 system_memory)

_bulk update also confirms there are 5000 docs added to each datastream approximately every 60 seconds.

Based on recent testing of 500, 5000 and 10K generated hosts, this issue can be closed. I had an issue in data generation using generous where duplicate host names could be created. The issue was only apparent at bulk insert time. I have resolved this issue in generous and have not found this count discrepancy when testing against the dev-oblt cluster.
