Kibana Build details:

VERSION: 8.15.0 SNAPSHOT
BUILD: 75634
COMMIT: 6c36d72df7985f6fb899c6c8d03f38590d396f5b

Preconditions:

  1. 8.15.0-SNAPSHOT Kibana cloud environment should be available.
  2. An agent should be installed.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Agent>Logs tab.
  2. Scroll below and observe Apply changes option is permanently available without making any changes to logging level.

Expected Result:
Apply changes option should only be available on making changes to the logging level under agent Logs tab.

This is expected behavior due to the limitation described in elastic/elastic-agent#4748.

Closing as won't fix for now.
