Related to #186553

steps

  1. install sample web logs
  2. create new dashboard
  3. Set time to last 24 hours
  4. add range slider control on bytes field
  5. Make a selection
  6. Change time to a range with no data, such as absolute time in a year in the future. Notice how error message shows "Selected range returns no results". Instead it should say that "Selected range is outside of min/max bounds"
