Describe the feature:

As a user, I want to be linked from Synthetics data displayed in Discover directly to the monitor detail page in Synthetics.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

People use Discover all the time to look at their data in a variety of use cases, and it is possible to let Discover know how to add additional context via a static data view. APM already does this and it is a very compelling feature.
