[ES|QL] Add distribution in field statistics

Describe the feature:

Currently the distribution is missing from the fields statistics (in the sidebar).

We display only the top values but we can have feature parity with the dataview mode. For example the date fields don't display any information.

What we are already doing in data visualizer is great (calculating max, min values, median)

• date fields:

We can display earliest, latest or even use date_truck or bucket to create the histogram (as we do in the data view mode)

• numeric fields:

Same as above, we can use the bucket command for numeric fields too. Otherwise min and max and median as the data visualizer is sufficient

• counter fields:

Here min, max makes more sense. At the moment we don't display anything.

I don't think that there other field types that I am missing but a comparison between the 2 modes would be really helpful to see if there is a missing functionality.
