[Connectors] Update connector stats panels

Summary

Design spec

Updates connector stats panels:

• connector info grouped together
• added connector ID with option to copy it to clipboard

Index stats panel:

• doc count moved there

Pipelines panel:

• unchanged, given that we have @custom and @inference pipelines we need to agree how to count preprocessors, out of scope of the original issue
