Synthetics private locations on 8.10 fail after ES upgrade to 8.13

Important

This issue is related to an existing internal case (and it's not the first case reported). I will share those references internally.

Goal

Although the "recreation" workaround (saving the existing monitors one by one) works, it's a process that takes plenty of time The upgrade "issue" should be handled automatically by Kibana.

We should assess the impact if this is widespread and find a possible improved workaround.
@shahzad31 was hinting the problem might be the Synthetics integration being not up to date.

In one observed case, the Synthetics integration was already up-to-date. The error was resolved after upgrading the agent to match the Elasticsearch/Kibana version.
