APM UI - sparklines are not showing up on the service overview page in the top transactions table

Describe the bug:
In the APM, when looking at the service overview page with active load, transactions list table isn't showing up the sparklines for latency, throughput and failed transaction rates.

However the sparklines are showing up ok for dependencies table on the same service overview page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open APM services list
2. Drill down into any service with active load
3. Look at the transactions table with top 5 transactions
