Kibana Build details:

VERSION: 8.13.0-SNAPSHOT
BUILD: 70749
COMMIT: a0f4897f7c04069faf2a86dbda1dabea78c161c1

Host OS: All

Preconditions:

  1. 8.13.0 Snapshot linux agent should be installed.
  2. Agents should be installed.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to agents tab>Actions>Upgrade agent
  2. Add valid agent upgrade version and observe description under Upgrade agent flyout is not updated.
  3. Observe Upgrade agent button is enabled.

Expected Result:
Upgrade agent flyout description should get updated on adding valid agent version for upgrade.

The text refers to the fact that there is no list of versions to choose from. The entered version is considered a custom version. So I don't think this is a bug.
