Preconditions:

1. Create an 8.11.3 Kibana instance and install windows agent with Endpoint defend integration

Steps to reproduce:

1. Upgrade the kibana to 8.12.0.
2. Navigate to Fleet Page
3. Observed the error "Preconfigured output es-containerhost preset cannot be updated outside of kibana config file." is showing

No Fleet error should not be there on the fleet side after kibana upgrade to 8.11.3 to 8.12.0
