[CM] Event Stream: Content Insights UI for Admins #170748

For the demo day:

Show how events could look like in content item flyout
- Timeline of events for that content item
- Chart of aggregated view events by day

For the demo day, option 2:

Export event stream to regular index, and create dashboard that shows some charts

For production, option 1:

Create custom UI in Stack Management
- Load data through CM RPC - so internal storage details are not exposed and Event Stream remains as system index.

For production, option 2:

Create a custom dashboard.
- Then need to work around Event Stream being a system index.
- The dashboard will rely on internal implementation details of the Event Stream.
