Today, we have non-configurable default values for the TLS page's warning messages. When a certificate is over a certain age, or will expire within a certain timespan, the page will display a warning. These defaults do not fit all use cases, so we should allow users to configure their own tolerances for these warnings.
Describe a specific use case for the feature:
I am a user with a number of monitors configured that log TLS certificate data. I would prefer to only see warnings on the TLS page when my certificate is over 1500 days, but I can't change the tolerance to match my expectations.
