[ Fleet UI ] Agent Policy page should show if an integration is out of date.

Describe the feature:

The Agent Policy page lists the integrations that are part of an policy, it lists the integration name and the version installed, but it does not say if the integration is out of date or not.

For example, I have a policy where I have the following integrations:

• Cisco Duo
• Cisco Secure Email Gateway
• Google Cloud Platform

The integrations page shows that all of these integrations have an update available.

But the Policy Page in Fleet UI does not show that the integrations are out-of-date.

Also, if I'm not wrong, currently only the Elastic Defend integration will show as out-of-date in the Agent Policy Page, but not the other integrations.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

The user should be able to know if an integration is out-of-date while looking in the Agent Policy Page.
