📓 Summary

When using the global search to find the Log Explorer app, we expect subsets of the typed keywords to match the app and show it in the results.
It currently does not cover some queries such as Logs Expl or similar.
We want to hint some keywords to the search engine in order to get the results when similar searches are performed.

✔️ Acceptance criteria

The Log Explorer app should appear on search results when:

  • the query search includes Log, Logs, Explorer
  • the query result partially matches at least one of the above keywords

💡 Implementation hint

The keywords for registering the Log Explorer app could help to specify those keywords.

## Summary

- Closes #166854 by disabling
the Observability Log Explorer plugin in the es and security serverless
projects.

- Closes #166912 by expanding
results with `keywords`.
