[Logs Explorer] Request to rename logs explorer to Discover

The log explorer is a dedicated application. Discover remains available as a fall-back, but not in such a prominent location in the navigation.

there has been a recent decision to rename "Log Explorer" to "Discover" in the left nav.

Please proceed with the work required to make the left-nav change prior to the public gated ff on Oct 31.

Both Logs Explorer and Discover are available in Observability projects. Discover can be accessed from several places:

Global search

Logs Explorer - Open in Discover

Logs Explorer - Data views
Selecting a data source in logs explorer is mainly done by selecting integrations or uncategorised datasets. When selecting a data view, users are directed to Discover.

Sorry, but I think we need some more background. Who has made a decision on which basis?
