Preconditions:

1. Kibana user should be logged in

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click on the "Manage" link from the L.H.S menu section.
2. Go to Host isolation exceptions page.
3. Click on "add host isolation exception" button.
4. Provide name under Name your host isolation exceptions field.
5. No value provide for description.
6. Enter IP address like 10.0.78.90
7. Click on add host isolation exception button.
8. Observe that host isolation exception added successfully without no description value and for description field optional is not mentioned.

Actual Result:
Optional is not mentioned with Description as this field is not required for adding/editing Host Isolation exception

Expected Result:
Optional should mentioned with Description as this field is not required for adding/editing Host Isolation exception
